‘Power Yoga’ was coined in the States, a more user-friendly term than Pattabhi Jois’ ‘Ashtanga Yoga’. Power Yoga is broadly based on the structure of Jois’ Ashtanga Primary series: a flowing sequence of postures characterized by a rigorous physical workout. 

 Nina’s boot camp draws on numerous styles of Yoga and Pilates’ core exercises to form a demanding and detoxifying workout for body, mind and spirit, suitable for any level.

 Each week targets different muscle groups so that by the fourth week the whole body has visibly increased in muscle tone. Alongside a reasonable diet and lifestyle, clients will drop a dress size by the end of the month. Flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and strength will also significantly improve.

The prices:

Why not make a night to remember with your friends and family by having a go at one of our dance classes or hen night events. No dance experience needed, if anything it will make the session more fun!

We offer four packages which include:

Vanilla – A dance lesson of your choice.

Cream – A dance lesson of your choice, with champagne and strawberries on arrival.

Satin – A dance lesson of your choice, with champagne, strawberries and chocolates on arrival.

The above packages are for 1.5 hours.

Retro Dream  - Why not go back in time to the 1920’s and enjoy the golden era of dance and fashion. We offer an event that is glamorous, classy and sophisticated. This is a package that will truly transport you in time starting with Hair and Make up, to Manicures and Dressing up in Charleston/flapper dresses, pearls, fish nets and feathers, completing the process with a fully brimmed champagne flute in hand. After transforming yourself into a 1920s star, you will learn the steps for a 1920s dance style of your choice.

Champagne, chocolates and strawberries are offered on arrival. Props are included, on request along with a gift bag to remember the occasion. A professional photographer may be hired, on request, to capture those special moments created on the night.

Each package can be tailor made to the client to create a package that best suits their ideals.
