Immerse yourself into an intensive Power Yoga Workshop with Austeja. The workshop will consist of a vigorous asana practise following ancient breathing exercises to release any remaining tension. In these 2 hours you will stretch, jump, sweat, reach, breathe, bend and extend. Be prepared to work hard and then ripe the fruits of the practise.
